satisfaction guarantee

I stand behind my work. All work (labor) is guaranteed for 30 Days from the date of completion. This includes protection from viruses, ad-ware, spyware, and data-mines* unless expressly stated otherwise at the completion of the repair.

* Hardware is guaranteed for the first 10 days through me, and warranted by the manufacturer for the time specified by the product's manufacturer warrantee after that. If you purchased hardware through me (and as long as it was installed by me), I can have defective hardware replaced quickly through my vendor as long as I get the product back to me from you in 10 days from the date of purchase. After that time, I can help you, but the product has to go back to the manufacturer for replacement. Some manufacturers have better warranty replacement policies than others, so it depends on what the specific hardware item is on how fast it can be replace.

* The state of viruses, ad-ware, spyware, and data-mines is volatile. As long as the tools and blockers I install during the repair are active, you should have no problem. If you install other software that changes your system settings, the guarantee may be nullified. It is important that you follow the instructions 'prescription' that is given to you when your computer is returned.
